WHAT IS AN ALERT DIESEL
FUEL PURIFIER?
THE ALERT DIESEL FUEL PURIFIER is a simple one
step unit that removes100% of the free water and up to 98% of
dust,dirt and other normal and natural contamination found in all
diesel fuel.Even today's "clean" diesel fuel easily becomes
contaminated during transportation and storage. Unlike all other
products on the market, the ALERT DIESEL FUEL PURIFIER performs tfis
function without the use of a replaceable, changable, or cleanable
filter element, cartridge, or bowl. By removing contamination
immediately before the fuel enters the engine's filter system, the
purifier delivers cleaner fuel, (virtually eliminating filter
clogging) and, therefore, greatly maintenance intervals.
HOW DOES THE ALERT DIESEL
FUEL PURIFIER WORK ?
THE ALERT DIESEL FUEL PURIFIER is a unique product utilizing the well
known simple "centrifugal" principle. By using this principle, water
and other contanimates are separated from the fuel. This eliminates
fuel filter clogging, related breakdowns, down time and frequent
filter replacement.
As the fuel entere the purifier, it flows through an internal baffle
system which causes the fuel to move in a circular movement. Once the
fuel is moving in this manner, it collidies with a deflector plate
which separates free water suspended solid and contaminate from the
fuel. These impurities accumulate at the bottom and remain there until
drained. Only the clean diesel fuel rises to the top providing a
cleaner burning fuel for quicker ignition and better combustion.
